The package contains everything you need for quick and easy assembly. To replace it, you need to remove the gear shift boot to replace the small black support inside it (replacing the original piece). There are no instructions in the package but you can find many tutorials on YouTube that can be of great help. The knob has no thread

The knob cover is shiny, in abs with chrome finishing (as shown in the photo). The coating is in abs. The material is tested to resist wear over time. The knob offers a very solid, safe grip and a pleasant sensation to the touch.
